- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or food service environment
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain portion standards consistently
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure

Restaurant General Manager
Lead the full operation of a Dions location in Albuquerque. As General Manager, you'll drive performance, develop your team, and uphold the dion's standard of excellence that our guests know and love. This is a high-impact leadership role with significant growth potential.
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast casual preferred)
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen including P&L management and labor scheduling
- Deep commitment to food safety, quality standards, and guest experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor under pressure
