Dion's was born from a simple belief: great food, made fresh every day, served by people who genuinely care. Back in 1978, our founder opened the first dion's location in Albuquerque with nothing more than a passion for authentic pizza and a commitment to quality that would define us forever.
What started as a single neighborhood pizzeria quickly grew into something much larger. The dion's pizza became legendary — hand-tossed dough, house-made sauce, the freshest toppings, and ovens that never stop. Neighbors told neighbors, families made dions their weekly tradition, and soon the name dion's became synonymous with comfort, community, and incredible food.
